Terms of service
These draft terms describe the intended service boundaries for the PEZ Progress Bar Shopify app.
Service
The app displays progress toward a merchant-configured cart threshold. It does not create shipping rates, discounts, gifts, checkout rules, or eligibility conditions. Merchants are responsible for configuring and testing the corresponding Shopify reward.
Subscription
The Standard plan costs USD 5 per month. Shopify handles plan approval, recurring charges, cancellation, and billing records through Shopify App Pricing. Development-store testing may be available at no charge under Shopify's rules.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants must provide accurate storefront messages, verify every active market and currency, test the published theme, maintain their Shopify account, and use the app in accordance with applicable law and Shopify policies.
Availability and changes
We aim to operate the service reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Material changes to features or pricing will be communicated through Shopify's supported mechanisms and will not override rights provided by law.
Termination
Merchants can cancel through Shopify and uninstall the app. Paid access ends according to the Shopify subscription state. The storefront widget fails closed when entitlement expires or cannot be confirmed beyond its valid billing period.
