Data deletion
Uninstalling the app revokes its Shopify access. Shopify then sends the required privacy events that remove the remaining shop configuration.
Automatic deletion
Authentication sessions are removed when Shopify notifies us that the app was uninstalled. Merchant configuration and related entitlement metadata are deleted when Shopify delivers the shop-redaction request. Duplicate requests are handled safely.
Customer data
The app does not store customer profiles, orders, checkout details, or cart contents on its server, so there are no customer records to locate or erase for customer privacy requests.
Request help
For a manual privacy request, use the privacy contact that will be published on the final privacy policy. Include the shop domain and never include customer payment information.
